Description
Higginsville is a very close knit community. Grandma Nellie lives in the white farmhouse with a picket fence. Over the years she has taught hundreds of children in the village school and has become "Grandma Nellie" to all of them. She keeps in touch with her students and still continues to send them cards on their birthdays to tell them how proud she is to have been a part of their lives. She feels so blessed to have so many "grandchildren".

My late wife used to paint in a similar style. Her name was Barbara Raymond Stewart. Enjoyed looking through your work and it brought back a lot of pleasant memories.
