This very rich dark chocolate fudge cupcake is topped with fluffy white frosting. Tiny red hearts are an extra little touch and a red, "I Love You" ribbon is tied around the base of the cupcake. A small white heart hangs from the red ribbon with the word "Cupcake" in the center. So, when read all together you are saying to your sweet Valentine, "I Love You Cupcake"!
